GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Head Coach Tim Walton and the Florida softball program announced the additions of Cali Decker, Lexie Delbrey, Kendra Falby & Reagan Walsh on signing day Wednesday morning.
“I’m happy to announce the signings of Cali, Lexie, Kendra and Reagan.” Walton said. “Today is a special day! I’m really looking forward to having the opportunity to coach these young women starting next fall and helping them achieve their goals both on and off the field.”
This year’s group of signees hail from Florida, Georgia and California.
In 2020, Florida ended a shortened season with a 24-3 overall record and sported an unblemished 3-0 mark in Southeastern Conference play. Since 2008, the Gators have made 10 appearances at the Women’s College World Series, the most by any program in the nation during that span.
This upcoming season Florida softball will be celebrating its 25th anniversary. The program has won two NCAA National Championships, eight SEC Regular Season championships, five SEC Tournament titles, and produced three CWSA Honda Award winners, two USA Softball Players of the Year, and 21 NFCA All-Americans, who’ve earned 44 All-American honors.
