As some of you are already aware, Friday, May 3, was my last day working with USA Softball/USA Softball Florida.  Life has a way of throwing curveballs, and unfortunately, I find myself in a situation where I must deviate from the path I had originally planned.

Though I was not able to attain all the goals I had set, I sincerely hope that my tenure has left a positive impact on the program. I extend my deepest gratitude to each and every person who has supported me over the past several years. Your support and encouragement have meant more to me than words can express. I am truly blessed to have such incredible people in my corner.

To all those who may be affected by this sudden change, I offer my heartfelt apologies. I understand that change can be unsettling, especially when it disrupts plans that we’ve eagerly anticipated. Please know that the circumstances leading to this decision were beyond my control, and I deeply regret any inconvenience or disappointment it may have caused.

As I navigate this unexpected turn of events, I am committed to embracing the situation with resilience and optimism. I firmly believe that in every ending lies the seed of a new beginning, and I am determined to seize the opportunities for growth and fulfillment that lie ahead. Indeed, as the saying goes, when one door closes, another opens.

Although this chapter is complete, I plan on continuing and expanding my goal of improving the game and opportunities for our athletes. Starting today I will be working with my daughters to grow and expand here at Florida Fastpitch. I also plan on expanding my working relationships with organizations that share my goal of providing the best opportunities possible for our state. Please follow us at floridafastpitch.com as many exciting things are planned in the coming months.

Thank you once again for your support and understanding during this transitional period. I am grateful for the experiences shared and the lessons learned, and I look forward to embarking on the next chapter of my journey with renewed determination and enthusiasm.

Thank you,

Tracy Bettermann
