How to send GameChanger stats, box scores, and tournament files

Export season or tournament stats

  1. Sign in at web.gc.com.
  2. Select your team.
  3. Go to the team Stats section.
  4. Use Filter Stats if you only want a tournament, date range, or specific games.
  5. Click Export Stats and download the CSV.
  6. Upload that CSV with your team, event, record, and placement details.

Upload box scores or MaxPreps files

  1. For individual games, export a box score PDF from a completed game if available.
  2. For high school teams, upload the MaxPreps TXT export when available.
  3. If the file only includes jersey numbers, add the Player Names / Jersey Map or upload a roster file with jersey numbers and player names.
  4. Best roster format: CSV or TXT with columns like Jersey, Player, Name, or Player Name.
  5. Include notes about which games, dates, or event the files cover.
  6. Florida Fastpitch will review everything before publishing or drafting coverage.

Important: Submissions are intake-only. The site does not send emails and nothing is published automatically.

Upload GameChanger stat exports, box score PDFs, tournament stats, or MaxPreps TXT files so Florida Fastpitch can review them for recaps and top performer coverage.

Important: Player Names

Some MaxPreps and stats exports only include jersey numbers. If player names are not in the file, Florida Fastpitch cannot safely identify players by name. Add a jersey map below or upload a roster file with player names and jersey numbers.

Optional but strongly recommended. Best format: CSV or TXT with jersey numbers and player names. Images/PDFs can help editors, but CSV/TXT is best for automation.

Accepted files: CSV, PDF, TXT, JPG, PNG, or WebP. Upload the export exactly as GameChanger or MaxPreps gives it to you.
