Randy Jackson, the owner and head of the Lady Gators travel softball program, has announced a strategic partnership with the renowned East Cobb Bullets organization. This move will elevate the Lady Gators’ reach and resources as they aim to take their teams to new heights.

Jackson, a highly accomplished softball coach with over 25 years of experience, has amassed an impressive resume. He has racked up 542 wins at the high school level, four Florida High School State Championships, and 13 District titles. In 2011, he founded the Lady Gators club program, which has helped place hundreds of players into collegiate softball programs over the past two decades.

“We are excited to welcome Randy, his coaches, players, and parents to our family,” said Greg Schnute, the founder of the East Cobb Bullets. Schnute, a multiple club softball national champion, will remain actively involved with the club as a board member and founder.

The East Cobb Bullets organization has undergone a leadership transition in recent months, with coaches JD Heath and Andrew Biele taking the helm. These seasoned coaches have a proven track record of success at the highest levels and have forged strong relationships with college coaches and national event companies.

“In seeing the vision Andrew and JD have for the growth of the game and what that want to do for coaches and athletes,” Jackson explained, “it was unlike anything I have seen in the sport. and I could not be more excited for my families and coaches.”

The Lady Gators will bring seven competitive teams to the Bullets organization, including a new 18U National Team coached by Matt Bodenheimer and Errick Lowe. These squads will be the only East Cobb Bullet teams currently based in Florida and will compete as National teams.

“Recruiting Coordinator Matt Bodenheimer will be working around the clock,” says Coach Biele, “to find the strongest talent in the Southeast and have them ready for a national Fall schedule.”

This strategic partnership between the Lady Gators and the East Cobb Bullets represents a significant step forward for both programs. By combining their resources, expertise, and national reach, they aim to provide their athletes with unparalleled opportunities for development, exposure, and college recruitment.
